Impact Media offers closed captioning service for only $175 per half-hour program including: 

• transcript,  

• tape (beta sp, mini DV, DVD) 

• shipping (up to 2nd day UPS)

Send us your program tape along with your audio file and we will prepare your closed captioned program.

If you can't provide an audio file either by email or CD there will be an additional $15.00 fee for us to make the file

Choosing Impact Media:

We are more than just a captioning service, we are a full service post video production company.  We label and ship all tapes directly to the stations  for your convenience and can send you a DVD copy for an additional small fee. We offer many additional services including: video editing, dubbing, DVD mastering and duplication, CD mastering and duplication,  custom DVD and CD packaging.

 If you find out that you need last minute adjustments to your program before closed captioning, there is no need to worry.  We can make adjustments in the editing for a small hourly charge.  Minimum one hour charge usually applies.
